Cellophane bags are an economical alternative to transparent boxes and are appreciated by retailers since they take up less shelf space and storage space than boxes. Simply fill the bag with your product and close the open end off by either tying a ribbon around it, sticking a label on it or heat-sealing across it.

When compared to CPP bags, BOPP bags are much more supple to the touch and easy to work with, all the while exhibiting strong tear-resistance. As to how they compare to natural cellophane bags, BOPP bags have similar texture and strength, yet have superior moisture resistance and clarity.
